New Mens Parlour

New Mens Parlour is located on Orderly Bazar Road here in Varanasi. We are very close to the Chuarha Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. You can usually hear the temple bells throughout the day. Orderly Bazar is a very lively part of the city. There are always people selling things on the street and bikes squeezing past each other. Our shop is a modest place. We have a couple of chairs and some old pictures on the wall. Varanasi 221002 is a city of tradition, and we like to think we are a small part of that daily life. People stop in while they are out doing their shopping or on their way to the temple. We get all kinds of people, from young students to the elders who have lived in Orderly Bazar their whole lives. The morning time is usually the busiest when everyone wants to look sharp for the day. We don't have any corporate polish or anything like that. We just focus on what we are doing and talk to our neighbors. It’s a bit dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just have the radio playing and the sound of our tools. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and the shop has become a bit of a local hangout. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks in.
