M & B Footwear Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Varanasi, a city that never really stops moving. Our office is at D59/360A-3F in the Madhopur Sigra area. Sigra is a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors. We are in the business of footwear, so our space is often filled with the smell of new shoes and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a big shipment in. We have a few floors here to manage everything from sales to distribution. Varanasi can get incredibly hot, so we have fans going in every corner to keep the staff comfortable while they pack orders. We don't have a big corporate lobby with leather chairs. Usually, if you come to visit, you’ll be sitting on a regular stool surrounded by shoe samples. Our team is local, and they know the footwear market inside out. We focus on getting the right sizes and styles to the shops that need them. The building itself is an older one, but it serves our purpose well. We have a routine of starting early to beat the worst of the midday heat. It is a busy, slightly messy, but very productive place to spend the day. We’ve been part of the Varanasi business scene for a while now and we enjoy being in the middle of it.
