Micro India Nidhi Limited is run from the home of Shalini Shukla in Bibipur. It’s in the Ugrasen Pur area. We don't have a big commercial space; we just work from where we are. Bibipur is a quiet place, and we like it that way. It lets us focus on what we need to do without all the noise of a city center. Shalini Shukla handles a lot of the day-to-day things. We don't have a lot of employees or a human resources department. It is just us. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everything is done correctly. If you come to Ugrasen Pur, you won't see a big neon sign for us. We are just part of the local landscape. We talk to people like they are our neighbors because, most of the time, they are. We don't use any of that fancy business talk you hear in the big cities. We just speak plain English and get to the point. The work we do is practical and straightforward. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s a very simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. Just a local office in a local house, doing local things. There isn't much else to say, we just keep busy with our work and hope the weather stays nice enough for our commute. We usually finish up when the sun goes down and start again the next morning.
