Maxwell Hospital

Maxwell Hospital sits right near the Daffi Baipass in Varanasi. We are very close to the Toll Tax Plasa on NH2. If you are driving on the highway, you can’t really miss us. It’s a busy spot because of the highway traffic. We get a lot of people coming in who are just passing through or who live in the nearby parts of Varanasi. The sound of trucks and cars is something we are used to hearing all day long. The hospital is a practical building. We don't have marble floors or fancy art on the walls. It’s a place for medical work. We have beds, we have doctors, and we have a lot of people coming in for help. Being near the toll plaza means we are easy to find, which is good when someone is in a hurry. My shift usually starts when the sun is coming up over the bypass. We see all sorts of cases here. It can be quite stressful when it’s busy, and the waiting area gets crowded with families. We try to keep things organized, but in a hospital, things can get messy. We just do our best with what we have. There isn't any big corporate story here. It is just a hospital at the Daffi Baipass. We handle emergencies and regular checkups. It’s just a part of the landscape on NH2 near the toll plaza. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always cleaning.
