Beaded India

We are over in the Rudra Gems Valley building at No. 201. It’s in Lahartara Naibasti, near Manduadih. This part of the city is always moving and changing. We do a lot of work with beads and stones here at Beaded India. The building is a bit of a hub for this kind of thing. Inside our space, you will find bags and boxes of beads everywhere. We spend hours sorting them by size and color. It can be a bit tedious but it is what we do. The local workers come in and help with the stringing and the sorting. There is usually some music playing on a small radio to keep us company while we work. The area outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the traffic near Manduadih station is always a bit much for everyone. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's more of a place where things get made and packed. We send our beads to different parts of the country. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order on time. We sit on the floor sometimes because it is easier to spread things out and see them. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't use much technology, just our eyes and hands. It’s a bit messy and crowded in the office, but we know where everything is kept. We just focus on the beads and getting the work done every single day.
