Down on the ground floor of building number 10 in Shastri Nagar, you will find our Varanasi branch. M&B Footwear Pvt.Ltd. has been here in Sigra for quite a while. Varanasi is a city like no other in the world, and working here is definitely an interesting experience. It is busy and loud right outside our door, but inside, we try to keep things moving smoothly. We deal with footwear just like our other offices do. It involves a lot of boxes and managing the logistics of it all. We spend most of our mornings sorting through what needs to go where. Being on the ground floor is really handy for moving things in and out quickly. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate values hanging on the walls. It is just a place of work for us. We know our regulars and the people who live in this neighborhood. Sometimes the local festivals make it hard to get around the streets, but we just plan for that and keep going. We are not a big, faceless company. If you call us, you will talk to one of us directly. We have got a small, dedicated team here. We share tea and talk about the day’s tasks together. It is a very straightforward way to run things. We are just glad to be working in Sigra. It is a good place to be and the community is great.
