It’s a very crowded part of Varanasi, 221005, because of the university and the hospital being so close. There are students and families everywhere. We handle events and tours from this little office. Sometimes it’s a wedding, other times it’s a group tour. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the crowds. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space to sit and plan things out. We don't use a lot of fancy software or big marketing teams. We just write things down and make sure the vendors are ready. We’ve been at this spot in Viveakanand for a while. It’s a convenient place for people to stop by while they’re out doing errands. We see a lot of people who are in town for hospital visits and need help with a car or a room. It’s honest work. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a venue is booked, it’s booked. We try to find an alternative. The days are long and often involve a lot of shouting into mobile phones to get things moving. But that’s how it goes in the events business. We’re just local people helping other people get their plans sorted out. We just take things one day at a time here without much fuss.
