Our office, M S Sandeep Shah Co, is a chartered accountancy firm based in the heart of Varanasi. It is a bit of a unique setup because we are located at the Pallavi International Hotel, right in the Hathua Market area of Chetganj. You have to look for Mr. NK Sharma’s care of address to find us there. Being in a hotel building might seem strange for an accounting office, but it is actually quite convenient for people traveling into the city for business. Varanasi is a crowded, old city, and Hathua Market is always full of life and noise. Inside our office, though, things are much more focused. We handle all the typical CA tasks like auditing, filing taxes, and helping people sort out their financial records. Sandeep Shah and the rest of the team here deal with a lot of local businesses that have been around for generations. The rules for money and taxes change all the time, so we have to stay on top of that. It is a lot of reading and checking figures over and over again.
