Like Beauty Parlours & Saloons is located in Mahmoorganj, Varanasi. We are in the Vaheguru Katra building. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Kohali Furniture. That makes us pretty easy to find even if the road gets busy. Varanasi is always full of life, and Mahmoorganj is no different. We have both men and women coming in since we do the saloon side of things too. It’s a mix of haircuts, shaves, and basic beauty treatments. The shop is organized but it’s definitely a working space. Tools are always out, and there’s usually hair on the floor that needs sweeping. We take turns doing the chores. The furniture shop across the way is a good landmark for people who aren't from this immediate block. We have some regular guys who come in every two weeks for a trim. It’s more of a social thing for some of them. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. The space in Vaheguru Katra is decent. We’ve decorated it a bit with some posters, but nothing too fancy. We just want a place where people can come, get what they need, and leave feeling a bit better. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a website or anything, just the shop and our hands. That’s enough for us. It’s just us working every day and keeping the doors open. We like the routine of the market.
