Our address is S-17/329 Maldahia, right in front of the Roadways Workshop. It’s easy to spot because of all the bus activity across the street. This version of Laxmi Medical & Surgical Care Centre Pvt. Ltd. is just a few steps away from our other spots, but it has its own feel. Being across from the workshop means there’s always the sound of engines and tools, which we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Inside, it’s all about surgical and medical care. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech kiosks. It’s just a front desk, some chairs, and the rooms where we do our work. The floors are scrubbed every morning, but they show the marks of many people walking over them. We handle a lot of the paperwork by hand and keep everything in folders. It’s a busy place, and we don't have time for corporate talk or fancy missions. We just see the patients, do the surgeries, and manage the care they need. The staff here is practical and straightforward. We drink tea from the stall across the road and talk about the day’s schedule. It’s a bit noisy because of the Roadways Workshop, but it’s a good, central spot for people to find us. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. It’s a plain, honest medical centre for the local community.
