We are based in Sigra, right at M 5/4 in Gandhi Nagar. Varanasi can be a real maze sometimes, but our spot in Gandhi Nagar is fairly easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. It’s a local office where we do our daily business without any big fuss. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been around for quite some time. The office is just a regular room with desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the area who come in to deposit a bit of money or check on their accounts. We don’t go for any of that corporate style you see in the big banks. It’s more of a sit-down-and-have-a-chat kind of place. Sometimes we have to move some chairs around to make room if a few people show up at once. It’s a simple life, keeping track of the savings and making sure everyone’s paperwork is in order. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business, which keeps things interesting. We like being part of Sigra. It’s a good community and we’ve made a lot of friends just by being here at the office every day. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It's as simple as that.
