New Annapurna Glowsign

We have been running New Annapurna Glowsign over here on Kamachha Road for quite some time now. Our shop is located in Birdopur, which is a busy part of Varanasi where there is always something going on. Most of our days are spent working with acrylic, vinyl, and different kinds of lighting. It is not the cleanest job in the world. My hands are usually covered in some kind of glue or dust by the time lunch rolls around. The workshop gets pretty cluttered with scraps of materials and old tools lying around. We spend a lot of time trying to get the letters just right so they look okay when the lights are turned on at night. Varanasi is a loud and crowded place, so you really need a sign that people can actually see. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but that is just how it is here. We do not have a big team or fancy equipment. It is just a few of us doing the manual work every day. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask for small fixes or new boards for their own shops. We just open up in the morning and see what needs to get done. It takes a lot of patience to do the wiring properly. We just stay focused on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. It is a practical life and we like it that way.
