Janabhilasha Microcare Foundation is located over in Sarroi. You can find us at C/O Bal Vidya Vikas in Jairampur. It’s a quiet spot in Sant Ravi Das Nagar. We’ve been part of this community for quite a while now. Our work is mostly about looking after the small needs of the people living around here. We aren't some big city organization with fancy suits. We live here too, so we know what life is like in this part of the country. Sometimes we are busy with school things, other times it’s helping families with their daily struggles or chores. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor, and then they come by the office to see us. We try to keep our doors open as much as possible, even when it’s raining or very hot outside. It’s a simple setup we have. We sit down, have some tea, and listen to what people have to say. There’s a lot of walking involved because we like to visit people where they are. We don't like to just stay behind a desk all day. Being out in Jairampur and the surrounding villages is where the real work happens. We just want to be a reliable place for folks to turn to when things get tough. It’s plain and simple work, but it feels important to the people who live here.
