J. J. Packagers Pvt. Ltd. is located at A 2 in Badshah Bagh Colony. It’s a bit of a different setting than a big industrial park. We are right there in the colony, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood business. We’ve been in this spot for years, handling all sorts of packaging tasks. The space is filled with cardboard, tape, and various materials we use every day. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional one where we can get the work done. We have a few machines that run most of the day, and you get used to the rhythm of them. Some of us have been here since the start. We know the people living around A 2, so we try not to be too loud early in the morning. It’s a lot of manual handling and making sure things are packed tight. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the colony roads, but we make it work. We don't have a big corporate office. Our office is really just a corner with a computer and some files. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. We just take the orders as they come and try to stay ahead of the pile. It’s a good place to work if you like staying busy with your hands. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's work.
