International Metro Civil Contractor

Working as International Metro Civil Contractor out of Varanasi is quite an experience. Our office is actually at Shankar Krishna Srivastava's house, number S24/110-5 in Vikash Nagar. It is in the Taktakpur village area, not too far from the Cantt post office. It is a local operation through and through. Varanasi is a city that never really stops, and Taktakpur has its own busy vibe. We spend a lot of time out on various project sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the late-night planning sessions. You will usually see us with dirt on our boots and a lot of blueprints spread out on the table. It is not a formal environment at all. We talk loudly, drink a lot of chai, and try to figure out how to get the next phase of work done. Being in a residential area like Vikash Nagar means we know all the neighbors, and they know us. The roads can be narrow and tricky for the bigger trucks, but we manage. We have been part of the local community for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people who know how to build things. We handle the civil side of metro projects, which means a lot of concrete and steel and long hours in the sun. It is tough work, but it is what we do and we have been at it for years now.
