Ice Dew Ice Cream

You can find Ice Dew Ice Cream over at Plot No. B 27/86-A-3 on Durgakund Road. We are quite close to the Muri Katta Baba Mandir, so a lot of people stop by after visiting the temple. It’s a small plot but we’ve managed to fit everything we need for the ice cream business inside. We started this because there wasn't much in the way of cold snacks around this part of Durgakund Road. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but it brings plenty of people to our door. We do all the mixing and freezing on-site. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just put a sign out front and hope people like what we make. The shop is usually a bit crowded because the space is tight and the freezers take up a lot of room. We try to keep the floors dry but with ice cream, there’s always a little mess to clean up throughout the day. We use local ingredients when we can get them from the markets nearby. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood near the mandir. We see the same faces every week. Some people have been coming here since they were little kids. We don't have any fancy seating, mostly people just grab their treats and go. It’s a practical little business and it keeps us busy from morning to night.
