Our Gmr office is located at 44/1, H.I.G., in the Kabirnagar area of Durgakund, Varanasi. Being in such an old and vibrant city like Varanasi means there is never a dull moment. Our office is in a residential-style building, which fits the neighborhood well. It’s not one of those tall glass towers you find in other cities. Instead, it feels more like a part of the local community. We have a few rooms where we handle all our business matters. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, so you’ll see plenty of files and folders lying around on the desks. We aren't trying to be fancy. We have some basic furniture, a few fans to keep the air moving during the hot summer months, and our computers. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We spend our days coordinating projects and making sure everything is on track. We don't use any complicated business jargon here. We just talk like regular people and try to get our work finished on time. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit to catch a breeze and chat with the neighbors. It’s a steady, honest way to work, and we like being located here in Kabirnagar. It feels like home to us, and we just keep things moving along as best we can.
