If you walk through Aradali Bazar in Varanasi, you will find our college tucked away there. The area is always crowded with people and small shops. It is a lively part of the city, and the college adds to that energy every morning. We have classrooms where students sit for their English lessons and other subjects. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time making sure the schedules are pinned to the notice boards correctly. Students come from different parts of Varanasi to attend classes here. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit or use the generator. It is just how things go. The staff sits in a small office near the entrance to help with fees and forms. We get a lot of questions from parents about exam dates. During the rainy season, the streets in the bazar can get a bit messy, but the students still show up. We have a small staff room where teachers have their lunch. It is not a very quiet place because of the traffic and the shops nearby. We focus on getting the lessons done. There are many books stacked in the office and the small library area. People in Aradali Bazar know us well since we have been here for a while. It is a humble setup, but it works for everyone involved. We just keep our doors open and follow the daily routine.
