We are located over at Ramniwas Sharma’s place in Siriharasewapuri. This is on the outskirts of Varanasi, or VNS as people usually write it. Ganpatishreeganesh Micro Foundation is run right out of this spot. It’s a very local feel here. You won't find any glass skyscrapers or paved parking lots with security guards. Instead, you'll find a dirt path and maybe some laundry drying on a line nearby. Ramniwas Sharma is well-known in the area, so if you ask anyone in Sewapuri, they’ll point you toward us. The office is really just a room with a couple of chairs and a sturdy table. We keep the door open most of the time to let the air circulate. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, and then things pick up again in the evening. We don't use any fancy software to track things, mostly just big ledgers and pens. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing business, but it works for us. We don’t have a website with professional photos or anything like that. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come by and talk to us. We’re just local people helping out where we can. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and we don't worry too much about appearances as long as the work is getting done.
