You can find us over at D-40/26 in Laxman Pura. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, so if you get lost, just look for the temple and you’re nearly there. At Shri Kishori Jee Water Solution, we mostly deal with filters and RO systems that people have in their kitchens. The water around here can be pretty harsh on the pipes, so there is always someone calling about a leak or a machine that stopped making that humming sound. My tools are always scattered in the back of the van or on the floor of the shop. I spend a lot of time on my knees fixing valves or changing out those white filters that turn brown from the dirt in the water. It’s not a glamorous job, and my clothes usually have water spots on them. The shop is small and has a lot of spare parts lying around in plastic bins. People drop by to ask questions about why their water tastes funny. I try to explain it simply without using too many technical words. Sometimes the phone rings while I'm elbow-deep in a machine, and I have to call back later. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation like this. Laxman Pura is a tight neighborhood, so word gets around if you do a decent job. We just keep at it, one filter at a time.
