You can find Flourish Ladis Beauty Parlour right in front of the Labour Office here in Varanasi. We are situated in the Labour Colony area of Nati Emali, at address J11/4. It is a bit of a specific spot, but most people who live near the colony know exactly where that office is. I have been running this parlour for a bit, and it is a very local operation. We get a lot of workers and families from the nearby areas coming in. It is not the kind of place where you need to make an appointment weeks in advance.
