We operate Facilities Travels & Forwarders Pvt Ltd from our office at S- 20/56-D on Kennedy Road. We are situated in the Cantonment area, quite close to the Punjab National Bank Regional Office. It is a busy part of Varanasi, but Kennedy Road has its own pace. Our office is more of a functional workspace than a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinate with drivers and transport people. Because we do forwarding as well as travel, there is often a bit of back-and-forth with logistics and paperwork that needs to be sorted out. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of decorations on the walls; we mostly have calendars and clipboards. We have been here for a good while and have a routine that works for us. Usually, someone is always in the office to answer questions or take a booking, even if the rest of us are out running errands. The building is solid and we know the other people working nearby. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide travel and transport help to those who need it in this part of the city. It is a basic, honest way to make a living and help people get things moved from one place to another without any extra drama.
