Elgitread (India) Limited

We’ve been operating out of Singanallur for quite some time now. Our place is located at 2000 Trichy Road, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area. Elgitread (India) Limited is the name on the gate. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and buses passing by. Our building is more about function than anything else. We have the space we need for the equipment and the staff to move around without bumping into each other too much. We focus on the tread business, which means things can get a bit messy on the floor, but that’s just part of the job. People here have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just make sure the machines are running and the orders are going out to the people who need them. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Singanallur is a good place to be based because the transport links are decent. Most days involve checking on the stock and making sure the day-to-day operations don't hit any snags. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid day's work on Trichy Road. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we do. We just keep moving forward one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule.
