We are located at Shila Devi’s place in Edilpurpratap Patti, which is a village area in Harhua, Varanasi. Divyanshu Vijaylakshmi Nidhi Limited isn’t some big, shiny corporation with a skyscraper. It is a local operation set up right here where people live. The address 221105 is our pin code, and most of the people who come to see us are from the immediate vicinity. We keep things very simple and plain. The office doesn’t have much in the way of decoration, just the necessary tables, chairs, and stacks of paper. It’s a practical space. We spend our time managing the accounts and talking to the villagers about their small savings. Being in a village like Edilpurpratap Patti means we know most of our visitors by name. It is a slow-paced environment, quite different from the main city of Varanasi. We handle the paperwork manually for the most part, ensuring everything is recorded correctly. There is no fancy technology here that we don’t need. We just use what works. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we carry on. It’s a honest day's work for us. People know where to find us if they have questions. We don’t go out and do big marketing because the local community already knows we are here. It’s a small, functional office run by people who live right nearby. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the records straight for everyone involved.
