Our place is located over by the old RTO area in Saranath. Being in the 221007 zip code, we are right in the middle of a busy patch of the city. We have both the regular hospital side and the surgical center here. It's a lot to keep track of, but we’ve been at this for some time. Saranath is a busy area, especially with all the history nearby, but our day-to-day is mostly about the folks living around the old RTO. The building itself has seen better days, maybe, but it works for what we need. We handle surgeries and general checkups. You might find the waiting room a bit cramped on Monday mornings because that's always our busiest time. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy flyers. Most people find out about us because their neighbor came here or they live just down the street. The staff stays busy with charts and keeping the rooms ready. It can get stressful when a lot is happening at once, but we just take it one patient at a time. It’s not like those big city hospitals where you’re just a number on a screen. We know a lot of the families who come in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep going. That’s just how it is running a center in this part of Saranath. We focus on the practical work that needs doing.
