Devluxmi Deep Indianidhi Limited is located over in Sarnath at Araji No. 109/3 in the Chakbihi area. If you know Varanasi, you know how busy things can get, but our little corner is a bit different. We started this Nidhi to give local people a way to save their hard-earned cash without having to travel all the way into the main city center. Our office is simple, just some desks and the registers where we record everything by hand or on the old computer. Most of our members are people we see at the market or during local festivals. We handle small deposits and help out with tiny loans when someone is in a pinch. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the small details, and sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but we like being right here in the middle of it. We don't use any of those big words or fancy promises you hear on the radio. It is just about people helping people with their money. You might find us drinking tea and going over the accounts in the late afternoon. It's a slow process sometimes because we want to make sure the numbers are right for everyone. Sarnath is a good place to be, and being at Araji No. 109/3 keeps us close to the families who need us most.
