Our company, Cool Star Private Limited, is situated in Varanasi, specifically in the Badashah area. We are at No. L-6 in the Kamayani Colony. The pin code is 221002. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we know all about the heat, which is why we do what we do. Our office is a bit of a mix between a storage room and a workspace. We have cooling units and parts stacked up against the walls. It’s not a very big place, so things can get a little tight when a new shipment arrives. The colony is usually quiet, but we make a bit of noise when we are loading the trucks. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning in our own office, ironically enough. We mostly use fans to keep the air moving. Our staff is local and we’ve been working together for years. We know the streets of Varanasi like the back of our hands. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it tricky to get to a customer’s place, but we always find a way. We don't use big words or try to sound like a multinational company. We are just a local team trying to keep people cool. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner. We spend a lot of our time out on calls, so the office is often just one or two people handling the phones. It’s a busy life during the summer months.
