Chocobuddies Homemade Chocolates & Bakery Llp

We are over at Sa17/1 S Danandpuricolony. It is in the Pahariyasaranath area of Varanasi. People mostly know us as Chocobuddies Homemade Chocolates & Bakery Llp. It is not a huge place, just a regular spot where we get the chocolate work done. The weather here in Varanasi gets pretty hot, so we have to watch the temperature for the chocolates. Every morning starts about the same. We get the ovens going and check the supplies. The street outside gets busy early on. We started this because we like making things by hand. It is a lot of standing and stirring. Sometimes the chocolate does not melt just right and we have to start over. That is just how it goes with homemade stuff. We do some baking too. The smell of the bread and the sweet stuff fills up the colony. Our neighbors stop by sometimes just to see what is coming out of the kitchen. We spend most of our time in the back room. It is a bit messy with flour and cocoa powder around. We do not have fancy machines, just what we need to get the job done. This address in Danandpuricolony is where we stay busy. We are just a small group trying to keep the trays full. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. We do not do much advertising, we just keep our heads down and work.
