Career Avenue

Our office is over in Sigra, on the second floor of BC Tower. We are right beside Sajan Cinema, which is how most people find us. Varanasi is a busy place, and Sigra is no exception. There is always a lot of noise from the street and the cinema nearby. We work on career placements and helping people find work. It is a pretty basic office setup. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. We do not have a big reception area or anything fancy. It is just a few of us trying to keep up with all the calls and messages. Some days it feels like we are drowning in paperwork, but we get through it. We are not a huge company with offices all over the place. We are just here in this one spot. We talk to people as they come in and try to understand what they are looking for. It is a lot of one-on-one conversation. We do not use any of that corporate speak you hear in big cities. We just talk like normal people do. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other times we leave a bit early if it’s quiet. We have been at BC Tower for quite a bit now. It is a familiar place for us. We just do our daily work and try to be useful to the people who visit us.
