Special Effect

Special Effect is based at B-37/122 A-9 in Savitripuri, specifically the Birdopur Mehmoorganj area. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you find Savitripuri, we aren't too hard to spot. We’ve been in this part of Mehmoorganj for a while now. The office is a mix of computers and various pieces of equipment we use for our work. It’s not a shiny, glass-walled corporate office. It feels more like a workshop where people are actually busy doing things. We have a few desks pushed together and wires running along the walls in some places. It might look a little messy to an outsider, but it’s a productive kind of mess. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about projects. Since we're in a residential-commercial mix of an area, it’s usually pretty calm, though you hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We aren't big on formal meetings or wearing suits. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get straight to the tasks on our list. We’ve gotten to know the local tea stall and the small shops nearby quite well over the years. We just try to do our work without making a big fuss about it. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to get through the work and do a decent job.
