You can find us on the ground floor of building B-31/41-A-6-S in the Bhogabir area of Lanka, Varanasi. The pin code is 221005. Being on the ground floor is quite convenient because people don't have to climb any stairs to get to us. The area of Lanka is always buzzing with energy, mostly because it’s close to the university and there are so many shops and eateries around. Our space is tucked away a bit, so it stays a little quieter than the main road, but you can still hear the bells and the horns from the street. Inside, it’s a simple setup with whitewashed walls and a few benches for visitors to sit on. We have a large desk where most of the paperwork gets sorted out. Varanasi is a place with a lot of history, and you can feel that even in the narrow lanes of Bhogabir. We start our day early before the heat gets too intense. There’s a lot of walking involved if you’re coming from the main crossing, but it’s a nice walk if the weather is clear. We don't have any bright lights or modern decor; it’s just a functional room where we do our daily tasks. Most of our time is spent talking to locals and keeping our records in order. It’s just a normal office run by normal people in one of the oldest parts of the city. We don't make a big fuss about what we do.
