Be Well Rural Microbenefit Foundation is down on the ground floor at B-31/41-A-6-S Bhogabir. It’s in the Lanka area of Varanasi. It’s quite a mouthful to say the whole address. We have been here for a bit, and the locals know the spot. The building is older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a door that sticks in the humidity. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't have shiny pamphlets. Most of what we do is just sitting down with people and talking. The traffic in Varanasi is always something else, so it takes a while for anyone to get anywhere. We usually have the fan going full blast during the day. It’s a simple setup—just some tables, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't try to sound like a big city corporation. We’re just regular people working in Bhogabir. Sometimes we have to go out into the rural areas, and that takes up a lot of our time. When we are in the office, it's mostly paperwork and phone calls. It can be repetitive, but it’s the work we chose. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in. People walk in, ask questions, and we try to give them straight answers without any fancy talk.
