You can find us at House number 108, right along Sidhari Road near the Haidil chauraha. It is a pretty recognizable spot because of all the activity around the crossroads. We run Baroda Gramin Pariwar Nidhi Limited from here. It is not a fancy office building, just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. There are a few desks, some filing cabinets, and enough chairs for people who stop by. Being near the chauraha means there is always noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a Nidhi. People from the area drop in frequently. Some are just passing by and decide to check on their small accounts. We try to keep everything in order, though sometimes the desks get a bit messy with all the forms. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or big marketing signs. We just have our name on the front and we do our work. Most of us grew up around here or live close by, so it feels like a community space. We handle the day-to-day entries and make sure the books are right. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. If you are ever near Haidil chauraha, you have probably seen our door. We are just here doing the basic work every day. It's a busy but good place to be.
