You’ll find us at Imlock Colony-2, which is over in the Nadesar area. We’re located in Af-1/6, right near the Taj Hotel in Varanasi Cantt. It’s a decent area, usually busy with people coming and going. At Anupam & Associates, we’ve spent plenty of years looking at blueprints and structural details. The office is pretty standard, with a few desks and a lot of files piled up. We handle various tasks related to architecture and consulting, but we don't make a big fuss about it. Most of our days involve sitting down with clients and going over what they need for their property. It might be a simple renovation or something more involved. We don't really have a sales pitch. People usually hear about us from someone else in the city. The work is mostly technical, making sure the math adds up and the design fits the local rules. Sometimes the weather in Varanasi makes site visits a bit of a chore, especially in the heat, but it’s part of the job. We keep things straightforward here. If someone asks for advice on a wall or a floor plan, we tell them what we think based on what we’ve seen work before. There’s no magic to it, just keeping at it every day. The office door is usually open, and there’s always a tea stall nearby if we need a break from the drawings.
