We are located on the first floor of the building at S-5/6H in Pahadpur. Our office is right by the Police Line in Varanasi, which is a bit of a different vibe compared to the more touristy areas by the river. It is a bit more structured around here, though it still has its share of local chaos. We have been working out of this Pahadpur space for a while. The office itself is quite simple and functional. We have a few desks where we handle all our travel planning and customer bookings. It is not a corporate headquarters with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it is just a couple of us working through the daily list of things to do. We like the fact that we are on the first floor because it is easy for people to walk up and see us without needing to hunt for an elevator. The area is decent, and there are some good local places nearby to grab a quick lunch or a cup of tea. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Most of our customers find us because they live or work in this part of Varanasi. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails to sort out travel itineraries. It is a very grounded way to work. We just try to keep things organized and help people with their travel needs in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner.
