We operate out of an office at N-16/31 in the Kulwa Vineka area of Varanasi. It is a local spot that might be a little hard to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have been here long enough that most people know where we are. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We are a small team and we like to keep things that way. It allows us to know exactly what is going on with every single piece of work that comes across our desks. Varanasi is a city with a lot of energy, and some of that definitely filters into our daily routine. We start our mornings by going through the mail and setting out a plan for the day. There is no hierarchy or corporate structure here. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. If someone comes in with a question, we sit down and try to figure it out together. We don't go for big, fancy words to describe our work. It is just practical, everyday stuff that needs to be handled correctly. The building we are in is older, but it serves us well. We like the feel of the Kulwa Vineka neighborhood. It’s a busy place but it has a good spirit to it. We just keep our heads down and do our work as best as we can.
