Adi Kashi

Adi Kashi is located at S16/30 on Kadipur Road in the Shivpur area. A good landmark for us is the Kadipura Pani Tanki, which is right nearby. If you find the water tank, you’ve basically found us. We’ve been in this part of Varanasi for a while now. The building is a simple one, and we use it to host classes for students who live in and around Shivpur. It’s not a polished, modern office. It’s a place with some old desks and plenty of notebooks lying around. We are just local people helping out with education. Most of our staff lives within walking distance. We don't use big words or marketing speak because that’s not who we are. We just open the doors every day and wait for the students to arrive. The area around Kadipur Road is quite lively, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the books. We have different groups coming in at different times. Sometimes we have to adjust the schedule if there's a local event or a holiday, and we just let everyone know. It’s a very informal but steady way of working. We don't have any high-tech equipment, just the basics. People come to us because they know we are honest and we do the work. It’s a small, community-focused center that’s been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just regular tutoring for kids.
