Our office is located at 401 in the KGR Popular Apartment building. It’s right on Pahariya Road in the Pahariya section of Varanasi. 221007 is the pin code if you need it. Working out of an apartment is a bit different than having a storefront, but it works for what we do with medical supplies and services. The building is usually full of people coming and going. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with traffic and honking cars. Varanasi is a busy city, and Pahariya Road is no exception. Inside the office, we have a few desks and a lot of boxes stacked against the walls. It’s not a fancy corporate space, just a place where we handle our daily business. We spend most of the day on the phone with suppliers or trying to organize deliveries. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. Sometimes the elevator stops working and we have to carry everything up the stairs, which isn't fun in the heat. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing talk. We just show up, do the work, and head home. The office has a small kitchenette where we make tea throughout the afternoon. It’s a simple, honest way to run a medical business in this part of Varanasi.
