We’re over at Flat No-22 in the Rudra Vatika building, which is part of Sri Ram Nagar in Kakarmatta. It’s a residential-style setup for 12Months Consultancies Private Limited. We find that working from a flat keeps things feeling more personal and less like those cold offices you see in big cities. Varanasi is our home, specifically the 221010 area. We spend our twelve months a year working through various consulting projects. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just hours of looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone with clients. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us with our laptops and a lot of tea. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. People come to us when they need a bit of advice or help sorting out their own business problems. We’ve had all sorts of people walk through the door here in Kakarmatta. We like the quiet of Sri Ram Nagar; it lets us focus. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge corporation. We’re just a small team doing what we know how to do. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without any fuss. It’s a simple life and we’re glad to be part of the local scene here in Uttar Pradesh. We just keep our heads down and work.
