Hitech Security System

Our place is at Banglow No- 20. It's a bit of an old-school setting for a security company, but it works for us. We have enough space to store our equipment and test out new cameras before we take them out to customers. Security systems have changed a lot over the years. It used to be just simple alarms, but now everything is connected to the internet. We spend a lot of time learning about the new software and how it connects to mobile phones. It’s not always fun, but it’s necessary to stay useful. The office is usually a bit of a mess with tools and open boxes everywhere. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom because we’d rather spend that time working on actual installations. We’ve had some long nights when a system wouldn't configure properly, but we don't leave until it's sorted. We are a small crew. We know each other well and we know our customers too. Most of the people we work for are just local homeowners or small shop owners who want a bit of peace of mind. We don't have a big sales team. If you call, you’re probably talking to one of the guys who actually does the installation. We keep it real and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just honest work, keeping things secure one building at a time.
