Usha Shalby Hospital

We are located right in the middle of the GIDC industrial area. If you know this part of town, you know it is mostly full of factories, warehouses, and heavy trucks moving around all day. The air outside is often dusty, and there is a lot of noise from the nearby manufacturing plants. Our hospital sits among all this industrial activity. It is a plain building that doesn't stand out much from the surroundings. Most of our patients are the workers from the local factories or their families who live in the nearby quarters. Every morning, the staff arrives and gets things ready for the day's cases. We don't have fancy lobbies or expensive art on the walls. It is a functional place where we deal with injuries, illnesses, and general health checkups. The waiting area has simple benches, and the floors are easy to clean because of all the boots coming in from the industrial zone. During lunch hours, you can see the staff sitting together in the small break room. We don't have a big public relations team. We just focus on the people who come in needing help. It’s a hard-working environment, much like the factories that surround us. At the end of the shift, we make sure everything is sanitized and ready for the next group of people coming in tomorrow morning.
