Nextgen Fibres is located out at No. 118/2, 119/2, 3, and 4 in Silli. It’s a fairly large plot because dealing with fibers requires a lot of room for storage and processing. Silli is a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which is good for us because we have the space we need to operate. The facility itself is basically a series of large sheds where the raw materials are kept. It isn't a glamorous place to work, as there’s always a bit of dust in the air from the fibers, and the floors are just plain concrete. We have a small crew of people who handle the daily operations, moving the heavy loads and making sure the machinery is doing its job. The weather out here in Silli can be quite tough, getting really hot in the sun, but we just get on with it. We don't get many visitors because of our location, so it’s usually just us and the truck drivers who come to pick up the goods. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorating the office; we put our effort into keeping the facility running and making sure the orders are processed on time. It’s a very straightforward way of working where the focus is strictly on the material we handle every day. We’ve been at these plots for quite some time and have become part of the local landscape.
