Amorphos Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.

Our spot is over at Plot No. 243, specifically Shed No. 04 in the GIDC second phase. If you know Sardar Chowk, you know it’s always crowded with trucks and workers moving around. Amorphos Chemicals has been operating out of this shed for some time now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or someone welding nearby. We spend most of our hours making sure the chemical batches are mixed right and the drums are labeled correctly. It’s not the cleanest job, you’re always wearing boots and making sure nothing spills. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main work floor where the fan usually rattles a bit. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just suppliers dropping off raw materials or drivers picking up the finished stuff. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful, so we don't rush through things even when the schedule is tight. Lunch breaks are usually taken sitting on some crates or at the small table we have out back. It’s a simple setup at Amorphos. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just keeping the production going every day. The heat in the GIDC can get pretty bad in May, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. It's just a regular workplace for us.
