Premier Medical

Operating a business in Vapi is always an interesting experience because of how fast the town is growing. We have been running Premier Medical as a simple spot for people to get their medical supplies without any unnecessary hassle. There is no big sign out front or anything that stands out too much. We just have a plain shop where the shelves are packed with what people need. Vapi can be a bit overwhelming with all the industrial activity, so we try to keep our little space as calm as possible. Most of our work involves answering the phone and checking our inventory books. We still use paper ledgers for a lot of things because it just feels more reliable to us. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't have any formal uniforms or a corporate manual to follow. We just show up, open the shutters, and help whoever comes through the door. Some days the heat is pretty bad, so we keep the fans going and try to stay productive. It’s the kind of place where we know the names of the delivery drivers and the local doctors who send people our way. We don't need any fancy marketing to do what we do. We just stay consistent and keep the doors open for the community every single day we can.
