Over in the Gidc area, specifically the 40 Shed Area, you’ll find Neo Pack Plast India Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 700/ 3/ A. It’s a busy industrial zone with lots of noise and movement all day long. Our shed isn’t anything fancy, just a large space where we keep the machinery running. The roof leaks a little bit when the monsoon rains are really heavy, but we’ve learned where to place the buckets. We don't spend much time worrying about the appearance of the place. As long as the equipment is working and the orders are moving, we’re happy. The office is just a partitioned-off section in the front with a couple of metal filing cabinets and a desk that wobbles. Most of our time is spent out on the floor anyway. We have a small crew, and everyone helps out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s loading the trucks or sweeping up at the end of the shift. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just shout over the noise of the machines if we need to talk. It’s just a regular day-to-day business here in the Gidc. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary drama.
