Prime Engineering

Prime Engineering is located at Plot No. 576, which is quite close to Mahavir Nagar. It’s a basic engineering workshop where we do a lot of manual work. You will usually find us covered in a bit of grease or dust from the machines. We have been at this plot for a good amount of time now. The neighbors know us by the sound of the equipment running during the day. We don't have a big corporate sign, just the work we do. It’s a practical space with high ceilings and plenty of tools hanging on the walls. We work on different parts and repairs as they come in from local businesses. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it needs to be done right. We have a few old machines that still work better than the new ones. There is no air conditioning, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when we are welding or running the heavy lathes. We take our tea breaks sitting on some crates outside. It is not a glamorous job, but we like working with our hands and seeing a finished part at the end of the day. People around Mahavir Nagar know where to find us if they need something fixed or a specific part made for their own machines. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders that come through the door each week.
