Mangalam Drugs & Organics Limited

We are based at Plot No. 1203 in Phase 3 of the GIDC Industrial Area in Vapi. Being Mangalam Drugs & Organics Limited, our day involves a lot of technical work with chemicals and drug intermediates. Vapi is a very industrial place, so the air usually smells like manufacturing and there are trucks everywhere. Our plot is quite large because we need the space for the processing units and the storage tanks. It’s not a place for people who like quiet office jobs. There is always some pump running or a technician checking a gauge. We wear our safety gear and move through the shifts as planned. The office part of the building is where we handle all the regulatory stuff and the sales records. It’s a bit disconnected from the loud parts of the factory, which is nice when you need to focus. We’ve seen Phase 3 grow a lot over the years, and we’ve grown right along with it. We don't have a fancy website with big promises; we just have our facility and our people. Most of us have been working in the chemical industry for a long time. It’s hard work, especially when the weather in Vapi gets really humid, but we are used to it. We just keep the production lines moving and make sure everything is recorded correctly in the books. During the monsoon, the roads around Phase 3 can get pretty muddy, so we all keep an extra pair of shoes.
