V. K. Plywood

We have been running the shop here on Koparli Road for quite some time now. You can find us right across from Gunjan Cinema in the GIDC area. It’s a busy spot but people usually know where we are. We mostly deal with plywood and different types of boards that people need for building things or fixing up their homes. If you walk in, you’ll see stacks of wood all over the place because we try to keep enough stock on hand. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty but that is just how it is when you work with wood all day long. We are usually here from the morning till late evening. Most of our regulars are local carpenters or folks living nearby who are doing some renovations. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a straightforward warehouse and shop where we sell what is available at the time. The location makes it easy for trucks to come in and out when we get new supplies delivered. Dealing with plywood means we spend a lot of time checking the sheets that come in. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question about what kind of wood they should use for a specific job. It is a simple business. We just focus on getting the materials out to the people who need them in the GIDC area. The traffic near the cinema can be a bit much during show times, but otherwise, it's a good place to be. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed right here.
