Upl Ltd. is situated at 11, GIDC in Vapi, which is a massive industrial zone in Gujarat. If you have ever been to Vapi, you know that GIDC is where all the real action happens. Our place is right in the middle of it all. The atmosphere here is very industrial and straightforward. We spend our time managing the operations and making sure everything is shipped out on time. The roads around here are always full of trucks and the smell of the nearby factories is just something we live with every day. It is a long way from the quiet residential areas but this is where the work is. Inside the office, it is mostly quiet except for the sound of printers and the occasional meeting. We have a small team here at this branch and we have all worked together for a long time. There is a certain rhythm to how we handle things from morning till night. We don't really go in for those polished marketing brochures because we are too busy actually doing the work. The Vapi heat can be something else but we just get on with it. We have our routine and it works for us. Most of the day is spent checking figures and making sure the supplies are coming in right. It is a basic, hardworking environment where everyone knows what their job is.
