If you head down to Phase-3 and look for Plot No. A-1, that’s where you’ll find us. We’ve got a pretty big space here, running from 2001 to 2007, and it’s usually filled to the ceiling with rolls of material and stacks of boxes. At Shreeji Packaging, we don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. Most of our time is spent making sure the machines are running and that the stuff we pack actually stays protected. It’s a lot of repetitive work, and sometimes the hum of the factory can get to you, but it’s what keeps the lights on. We aren't a corporate office with a dress code. Most of us wear whatever is comfortable for moving around a warehouse all day. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know most of the other folks working in Phase-3. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we like the quiet of the industrial area. We don't have a big sales pitch for you. We just take in the orders, set up the lines, and try to get everything out the door on schedule. Sometimes there’s a bottleneck or a machine breaks down, and we all have to jump in to fix it. That’s just life in a packaging plant. It’s not always pretty, but it gets the job done.
